I founded RouteEd and handled the full design and development of the project: the public website, interfaces and software connecting the school, command, driver and parent experiences. I continue to develop and refine the platform.

A system has to reflect real life
- A family account should represent the family, rather than hiding children behind a single-school view.
- A wallet journey includes understanding credits, choosing an amount, paying and receiving clear confirmation.
- Interface work needs to account for roles, permissions, data relationships and verification, not only visual polish.
Current development focus
Journey Assurance, wallet refinements and cross-school family improvements are ongoing. The focus is connecting these changes to the existing experience and verifying the important user journeys.
